- Maintained, enhanced, and scaled the central Power BI analytics workspace to track regional pipeline metrics, directly contributing to the Western Europe division ranking Top 3 globally for Corporate KPI attainment.
The Context & Challenge
As part of the regional DX HQ team, our mission was to drive Azure growth and developer adoption across Western Europe. To hit aggressive global targets, our organization needed a unified, reliable source of truth. The challenge lay in continuously building out and refining an internal Power BI workspace that could seamlessly ingest, clean, and visualize complex metrics coming from 12 separate European subsidiaries.
My Responsibilities & How I Delivered
Workspace Optimization & Continuity: Owned the day-to-day maintenance, structural improvement, and development of the team’s central Power BI workplace.
Pipeline Analytics Deployment: Modeled and built dedicated reports tracking key team metrics, focusing on lead progression, cloud opportunity health, and internal pipeline velocity.
Data Harmonization: Partnered with technical and operational contacts across 12 Western European subsidiaries to ensure data inputs were consistent, reliable, and properly mapped.
HQ Technical Support: Acted as the main point of contact for the platform, troubleshooting data refreshes, improving dashboard performance, and tailoring features to meet the changing needs of leadership.
Key Highlights & Metrics
Top 3 Global KPI Attainment: Supported the Western Europe division in ranking in the Top 3 globally across Microsoft internal divisions for meeting core corporate KPIs.
12 Multi-Market Ingestions: Successfully maintained accurate data synchronization and reporting health for 12 distinct European countries.
Empowered Data Decisiveness: Provided our regional HQ team with a fast, high-performance data workspace, enabling smoother tracking of Azure pipeline trends and cloud adoption markers.
