The Context & Challenge
PMI was undergoing a major corporate transformation and needed to equip its senior management tier with the skills to navigate complex organizational change. My company was brought in to design and deliver the License to Lead Advanced program to this critical leadership level.
As the Project Manager, my job was to build the operational framework, manage the budget (P&L), and ensure smooth delivery across three continents, while PMI handled the local venue logistics.
My Responsibilities & How I Delivered
Facilitator Management: Sourced, selected, and onboarded a team of international facilitators capable of engaging a high-seniority audience. I ensured they were fully aligned so that directors and regional leads received a consistent experience worldwide.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinated closely with global client stakeholders across different time zones to keep the program on track and aligned with PMI’s transformation goals.
Data & Reporting: Built the infrastructure to track attendance, gather feedback, and monitor program performance across all 15 cohorts.
Financial Management: Managed the full project budget, ensuring resources were allocated efficiently and the project remained profitable for my company.
